The turnaround on this logo package is 2-4 days, depending on your requirements it may be sooner.
Once you have placed an order for one of our logo packages, we will be in touch to go over your requirements. The main information we will require is your company name and colour scheme, as well as some information about the nature of your business. It always makes the design process easier, if you have ideas or references to go off. You can provide screenshots of another logo you like, a colour scheme or even a little sketch. So, please have a good think about how you want your logo to look, before purchasing one of our packages. Our logo packages come with different amounts of logo concept’s & revision capabilities, you must take this into consideration before purchasing one. If you are completely unsure about your logo design, we suggest purchasing one of our higher end packages. However, feel free to get in touch to go over your requirements, and we will help you with which package would be best suited for your needs.
*Revisions – Do not mean a complete redesign of your logo concept*
*All supplied proofs/mockups during in the design process will be watermark with ‘proof’*
*All designs will need to be signed off with your approval. To acknowledge that you are 100% happy with your finale design. Once we have received your signed approval, we will then supply you copies of your designs watermark free. Along with all the other relevant files that come with the package you have purchased. There will be no refunds given, after we have received signed approval & have supplied finale copies of your design. This is to protect ourselves from fraudsters & scammers. We will only provide refunds in the unfortunate event that you are not happy with our services or designs, during the designing stage. We hope you understand this decision in regards to our T&C’s*
