Once you have placed an order for one of our Social Media Advert packages, we will be in touch to go over your requirements. The main information we will require is your company name and colour scheme, as well as some information about the nature of your business. As well as the information you want within your adverts. It always makes the design process easier, if you have ideas or references to go off. You can provide screenshots of another logo’s/adverts you like, a colour scheme or even a little sketch. *All designs will need to be signed off with your approval. To acknowledge that you are  100% happy with your finale design. Once we have received your signed approval, we will then supply you copies of your designs watermark free. Along with all the other relevant files that come with the package you have purchased.  There will be no refunds given, after we have received signed approval & have supplied finale copies of your design. This is to protect ourselves from fraudsters & scammers. We will only provide refunds in the unfortunate event that you are not happy with our services or designs, during the designing stage.
