TRADESMAN DEALS
DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION ON FLEET DEALS?
Yes, we may be able to offer installation on fleet deals, and we will have to price this separately. Please bare in mind, that this could be quite costly. Due to your location, and how vans are involved.
CAN I CHANGE THE KIT COLOURS TO SUIT DIFFERENT COLOUR VEHICLES?
Yes, we can change the colour scheme to suit your vehicles. But, it would be best to try and keep the schemes within 2 colour types, if possible. If every vehicle has it own colour scheme, your fleet/branding will be all over the place.
IS THERE DEALS ON MORE THAN 20 VEHICLES ?
Yes, if you require more than 20 vehicles, please get in touch and we see what we can offer you.
IS THERE ANY SPECIAL PRICES FOR COMPANIES THAT CAN OFFER REPEAT BUSINESS?
Yes, if you can offer us repeat business. We will happily offer special rates for your business. This will only apply to certain business types, that will clearly be in a position to offer repeat business, we won't just take your word for it.
WHAT SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS CAN I USE MY ADVERTS ON?
The standard sizes & resolutions we use for the adverts, will make them suitable to be used on most platforms with no issues. During the design brief, you can let us know what platform it is mainly going to be used on, and if you want it to be used elsewhere. Then, we can design your advert in the best way possible for you.
SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTS
WHAT DOES REVISION MEAN?
This means the amount of changes/amendments allowed to your social media advert design. Simple changes, like colours or fonts, do not count as a revision, within reason. A revision is more of a major change to the design, that can take sometime to amend. It does not mean a complete re-design of your social media advert.
WHY DO YOUR PRICES SEEM CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER COMPANIES?
Our prices are based on you providing as much information as possible. This making the design process nice & easy. This will hopefully make the design process take a few hours, not a few days or weeks.
WHAT IMAGES SHOULD I SEND YOU?
You should own all images used in your adverts or have the right to use them. We will not use any images that are water marked, like screenshots off Shutterstock or iStock. If you want to use such images, then you need to purchase them. We can do that for you, but it will cost you more, and we will own the images. So, it would be best to purchase them yourself. There are plenty of sites that offer free images for free commercial use. Please check the links below -

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T HAVE ANY INFO FOR MY ADVERT?
The easiest answer to that, is Google. Some good things to search for are colour schemes & logo designs for your business field. Another good thing to search for is fonts, look on Google fonts. These are free fonts for commercial use, which will save you a lot of money, if you plan on having a website and any other kind of marketing done. WHAT IS A LOGO CONCEPT?
This means different designs/versions of your logo. The Standard & Professional packages only offer this. They are more suited for people who don't have any idea on how they want their logo to look. These packages also give us an option to provide you a design that we may think looks or works better. Sometimes, due to a customer not understanding Graphic Design. They might ask for something not possible or that is not suitable for a logo. This is where the extra concepts come in handy, when designing your logo.

I HAVEN'T A CLUE HOW I WANT MY LOGO TO LOOK, WILL YOU STILL DESIGN ME ONE?
Of course we will, we just suggest that you at least purchase the Standard package. This will allow us to spend more time on your design, as well as giving you two logo concepts. This way, it will give us a better chance to get to a design you like. Then work on the chosen design until your are happy with the finale logo design.

DIY VEHICLE KITS
WHAT VINYL DO YOU USE FOR YOUR KITS?
The main brand of vinyl we use for our kits is Oracal 651 & 551. We mainly use Oracal 551 for our kit 3's. We will use other brands from time to time, if we Oracal don't have the colour you want. Please see links below for more information -

WHAT IF MESS UP ON THE INSTALLATION?
We try and send extras of the tricky sections. However, this is not always possible, since they could be one of the larger sections. So, if you do happen to mess up the installation of a section, let us know, and we will send out a replacement for you. However, just to be clear, this doesn't mean we will send out another full kit. It should never come that, hopefully. Just take your time and follow the instructions provided. Again, as mentioned in the above question, this is not a 5-minute job, please set a morning or afternoon aside to carry out the installation.
I STILL DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE DOING THE INSTALLATION?
Seriously, it is not that difficult to do yourself. There are plenty of video's on YouTube on how to do it, and you could always ask a friend to help, if needs be. We are able to offer our kits, with a bubble free application though, at no extra cost. The colours available are different to our website, but do have similar options available. This vinyl option still needs to be applied the same way, but is more forgiving when it comes to bubbles in the vinyl, you can smooth them out with your fingers. So, if you would prefer this vinyl, then get in touch prior to purchasing.
BUSINESS CARDS & FLYERS
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR BUSINESS CARDS/FLYERS LIKE?
We only use high quality materials for our products, the same that everyone else uses. So, you have no need to worry about the quality of our products.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF MY BUSINESS CARDS/FLYERS?
This is very unlikely, since all products are quality checked prior to despatch. If in the unfortunate event you are not happy with the purchase, please contact us to go over the matter, so this can be rectified.
MY BUSINESS CARDS/FLYERS WAS DELIVERED DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
We ask, that when you receive your delivery, that you give the package a once over for any noticeable damage before accepting it. If your business cards/flyers do happen to be damaged upon opening, as always please get in touch, so we can rectify this for you.
WILL IT BE CHEAPER IF I SUPPLY YOU MY DESIGNS?
Unfortunately not, our prices are what they are. Even if you supply us artwork, it might not be print ready. So, it will need to be amended to be suitable, this requires some sort of design/artwork to be done anyway. Which our prices include, whether the artwork is from scratch or being made print ready, those are our prices. There are plenty of companies out there, that you will be able to use your own artwork with,and possibly save some money.
BANNERS & SIGNAGE
DO YOUR OFFER ANY OTHER TYPES OF SIGNAGE?
Of course we do, we can supply & help you with all your signage needs. If we are unable too, we will point you in the right direction. So, if you need anything that is not on our website, please get in touch.
WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR SIGNAGE LIKE?
We only use high quality materials for our products. So, you have no need to worry about the durability & quality of your signage purchases.
WHAT IF I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF MY SIGNAGE?

WHO HANDLES YOUR PAYMENTS?
Our payment processor is SumUp. Who are a very reputable company in their field, as well as being one of the most well know payment processor companies.

WHY CAN I NOT USE PAYPAL?
We are sorry about this, but it was a business decision that best suited the company. We know a lot of people prefer to use PayPal, and that in some cases it my lose us business from time to time. All we can say, is look at their Trustpilot, they have a terrible reputation among business owners. This is the reason we choose to stay clear of their services.
IS IT SAFE TO MAKE PAYMENTS ON THIS WEBSITE?
Our website is protected by one of the best in the business, when it comes to website security. Also, we do not store any payment details on our site or in our records. This is all handled by our chosen payment processor, that have their own security processes in place, which are all regulated with UK law & are both PCI certified companies.
DELIVERY
ARE ALL DELIVERIES REALLY FREE?
Yes all our physical products come with free delivery, even replacements are sent free of charge.
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?
Our main courier is DPD Local, from time to time FedEx might delivery one of our packages. You will receive a 1 hour timeslot and tracking information by SMS or email, and are able to track your delivery right to your door.
WHAT IF I'M NOT GOING TO BE IN?
With both couriers you will have the option to rearrange your delivery date or give delivery instructions, like leave it with a neighbour. Also, DPD local offer a great tracking service, with a 1 hour timeslot provided with live tracking on a map.
DELIVERY TIMES/TURN AROUND?
Our delivery times will vary depending on what service you have purchased, your requirements & our workload. Since all our products need/offer a design service. We will always require every design proof to be signed off, to be sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. The design process can take anywhere between a couple of hours, to a few days. There will no doubt always be amendments to be made during in the design process. Plus, taking an extra a day or so, to look over your designs and show family or friends doesn't hurt. Since one day you could love it, the next you might want to change parts of it. We are not offering a rushed service, designing things from scratch takes time. Again, we want all of our customers to be 100% happy with their purchase.
